Simba von Simms is a beautiful 3 year old German Shepherd. Our big, handsome boy is just as dashing and majestic-looking as his namesake in “The Lion King.” We can only wish he feels as good as he looks. Simba is new to Westside and a little bewildered by kennel life. He exits his kennel slowly and needs encouragement to go on his walks. After a few blocks he seems to gain some confidence and certainly walks better with another dog next to him. Sweet Simba is medium energy, although for now can still be a little shy and mellow. He does like to receive affection from people and starts goofing around when he feels more comfortable. For a good-looking fella his size, he sure has some of the best manners we have ever seen! His wonderful, calm energy never fails to impress, especially in playgroups. The sweet boy enters the play yard calmly, as if he has been with other dogs all his life. He likes to watch other dogs in action and seems to perk up in their company. He is great with dogs of all energy levels and is very tolerant with them. Simba is likely housebroken and with his heart-breaker good looks, we don’t expect him to be here long. Come down and meet him soon.
